SOC Prime, a leading developer of the AI-Native Detection Intelligence Platform, announced the closing of a new investment round that will allow the company to accelerate growth and innovate in the field of automating cyber threat detection using artificial intelligence.
For almost a decade, SOC Prime has been a global leader in detection intelligence, helping more than 11,000 organizations worldwide effectively respond to modern cyber threats. This round marks a new stage in the company’s development – making cyber defense smarter, more resilient, and more affordable.
The round was led by u.ventures and also included DNX Ventures, Atlantic Bridge, J Ventures, and Angel One Fund. Angel One’s participation underscores its support for Ukrainian deep-tech companies that are shaping new global standards in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

The SOC Prime platform is based on the world’s largest library of more than 600,000 detections, forming a unique database for cyber defense. With the new funding, the company is creating the first scalable AI-native detection automation platform tailored to the needs of each customer.
SOC Prime’s engineering team achieved a record performance of 23 TB/day per CPU core by implementing the Shift-Left Detection model, which moves detection logic closer to the data source – transforming cybersecurity from a reactive system to a proactive and self-optimized defense.
